Refund policy
Thanks for shopping at DeskMats.co.za. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Any desk mats that are not in perfect shape on arrival will be refunded or replaced.

Pre-return or refund request
In order to save time and shipping cost we are happy to look at photographic evidence of any defect you may perceive. Please engage with us on email or telephonically as a first option. We actually answer our phones and will try solve the problem.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will inspect the goods when we receive it and we will inform you of our decision to replace or refund.
Please notify us on sales@geckomedia.co.za should you need to have an item refunded or replaced. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If you paid by bank transfer we will contact you for your banking details so that we can process a refund into your account.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. It is for this reason that we prefer to try resolve this by email or telephonically before you send the goods back. In some cases we may elect to send you replacement goods without you having to return the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
